Registration

The deadline to cancel and still get a refund is March 31.

Also note that Childcare registration closes on March 31.

Yes; however, ONLY adults (18 +) are allowed to register onsite. All children under 18 years old must be registered online by March 31 in order to participate in Childcare or Camp Symposium.

The standard cancellation policy for is 72 hours prior to arrival. 

Infusion Safety & Health Information

We will have a Health Room & Infusion Suite on-site. The exact location of this room will be available on the agenda. The suite will be open each day of the conference (Thursday through Saturday) and will be managed by a registered nurse.

Yes! We will have a Sharps Container available at the Health Room & Infusion Suite if you need a safe place to dispose of used needles. Otherwise, please dispose of your needles properly, and do not throw them into the trash.

Your health and the health of others come first. If you don’t feel well, it’s best to stay home and rest. If you come to the conference and then don’t feel well, we encourage you to stay in your hotel room. Do not travel to the event if:

  • You have been exposed to a contagious illness within the past 5 days;
  • You tested positive for a contagious illness; and/or
  • You feel sick or have any symptoms of infection.
