We’re only as strong as our communities. And the strength of our communities relies on our willingness and our ability to have the big conversations — the complicated ones, the difficult ones, the ones we often avoid. But in our work, in our families, and in our civic lives this is not a time to avoid the big conversations. So let’s keep talking to each other.

Adar Cohen, PhD
A mediator in boardrooms, war rooms, and living rooms, Adar holds a PhD in conflict resolution from the University of Dublin. His work has been featured by the New York Times, MSNBC, AEON, Black Star News, and on the TED stage. Adar has taught at Harvard University, the University of Chicago, and at the invitation of the King of Bhutan, at Sherubtse College, the Himalayan Kingdom’s first institution for higher education.
