Welcome back to HFA Symposium! We missed you and we know you missed each other. This is an Open House time where families can connect with each other. Family members of all ages are welcome. Come and rekindle old friendships and make new ones. Open to Family Members of all ages who are impacted by a bleeding disorder (patients, caretakers, spouses, etc.)
