Based in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Bloom is a licensed psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist. She received her undergraduate degree from Emory University and both her Masters of Education and Doctorate from the University of Georgia. Dr. Bloom completed her internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she worked with children and adolescents with complex medical and neurological illnesses, including stroke, epilepsy, brain tumors, cancer, blood disorders, and traumatic brain injury, among others. Dr. Bloom’s areas of clinical interest include dyslexia, ADHD, neuropsychological outcome and school re-entry following acquired brain injury and medical illness, and medical traumatic stress in patients and families.
